Your first spa visit should feel like arriving somewhere familiar — and that begins the moment you step through the door. Expect warm light, quiet music and a reception desk that greets you by name, not by appointment number.
Arrive ten minutes early. You will be offered tea while we walk you through a short consultation: any injuries, preferred pressure, areas to focus or avoid. This conversation shapes your entire treatment, so speak freely — our therapists have heard everything.
In the treatment room you will find everything you need: soft linens, a robe if your treatment calls for it, and complete privacy for changing. The therapist will leave the room and return once you are ready.
During the treatment, your only job is to relax. You may talk or stay silent, ask for more or less pressure, drift in and out of sleep. All of it is normal. All of it is welcome.
Afterwards, there is no rush. Sit with your tea, let the oils settle, and let us know how the treatment felt — your feedback helps us shape every future visit.
