Appointments are confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or by phone. Please arrive a few minutes early so your treatment can begin on time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, a short message at least two hours before your appointment is all we ask. Late arrivals may shorten the treatment so that the next guest is not delayed.

Treatment prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by treatment and outlet. Payment is made at the spa after your visit.

Please tell us about any allergies, injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before your treatment so our therapists can adapt appropriately.
